Return Policy

If within 10 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our office for a RA number (Return Authorization number).  (For product Warranty or Repair, see below.)


On your Packing Slip (or Invoice) or a separate note please indicate which items you are returning and why.
Once you receive the RA number from us, simply ship the item back to us in the original package with your receipt,
using a trackable shipping method and include a copy of your packing slip. 
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so be sure to keep your tracking number on-hand and insure your package.

Upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition and show no evidence of use or wear. If we find that your item does not meet the requirements for return, we will ship it back to you using your original payment method. We reserve the right to determine resell ability and our final decision is not negotiable.

If you are exchanging your item for a different item or a different size, your original payment method will be charged for the return freight. If you are a Will Call and paid by cash, a check will be mailed within 30 days or sooner. Payment for shipping must be confirmed before we can ship your new item back to you.

Please Note:

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so be sure to keep your tracking number on-hand and insure your package.

* We are not responsible for shipping charges or items purchased outside of your SOP or your agencies policy.

* Customized items are not eligible for return unless the return is a result of Peacekeeper’s error. Customized items include but are not limited to silk screening, engraving, or any other special order or customization. We reserve the right to deny a return for any reason.

* If Peacekeeper Products International made a mistake and it resulted in your return, please contact us and we can issue you a call tag to pick up your shipment and pay for the return freight.

* Peacekeeper Products international will not be responsible for products that have been left for 30 days with no e-mail communication from customer.

Product Warranty / Guarantee

All Peacekeeper batons come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Peacekeeper Products International, LLC (Peacekeeper) warrants the Rapid Containment Expandable Baton (R.C.B.) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Peacekeeper Products International warrants the handle tube, center tube, and primary striking tube against cracking, bending or separating for the Life of the baton when employed in actual confrontations against the approved muscle groups on the human body. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit or portion thereof which is returned to Peacekeeper.

All holsters come with a One year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.


Do not send a baton or holster to the factory without prior approval. Contact Peacekeeper Products International, LLC at (909) 596-6699. We have found that most problems can be handled with a phone call.

Before sending in a baton for repair, simply check the retention spring, anti-rattle ring insert, retention spring cap screw, extended and retainer end caps for damage and tightness.

1. The amount of force required to open the baton is determined by the retention spring. A slight adjustment of the spring is all that is necessary to customize the release pressure to your individual requirements. Over adjustment may damage the spring.

 2. If the baton fails to lock in the extended position, it is likely due to debris or oily residue built up within the joints. The baton should be disassembled and cleaned as you would any fine auto loading firearm. Denatured Alcohol is recommended as a cleaning agent. Do not use oil.

3. The baton must be reassembled dry.
