Warranty Policy
PEACEKEEPER BATONS: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Peacekeeper Products International, LLC (Peacekeeper) warrants the Rapid Containment Expandable Baton (R.C.B.) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under this Limited Lifetime Warranty. No warranties, either expressed or implied, are made as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Peacekeeper Products International warrants the handle tube, center tube, and primary striking tube against cracking, bending or separating for the Life of the baton when employed in actual confrontations against the approved muscle groups on the human body. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit or portion thereof which is returned to Peacekeeper.
For replacement or repair under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the purchaser must submit a copy of a “use of force report” detailing the circumstances in which the damage occurred. Such warranty work will be performed free of charge to the customer. Buyer's only remedy for claims arising under this document shall be for damages, which shall not exceed the price of the product. Peacekeeper may, at its sole election, choose to repair or replace said product. Use of the product outside its recommended design parameters voids all warranties. Warranties apply only to the original end user providing the Baton warranty registration information is provided to the company within 30 days of purchase.
* To validate the Warranty, the end user must register below, and submit the number on the Baton Insert provided on each baton, or in each box of batons. If the baton is not registered, there may be a charge for repair or replacement or the Company may not elect to warrant the RCB Baton.
Peacekeeper’s obligation under this warranty is for One Year after date of purchase on baton grip, grip ring, anti-rattle ring insert, and retention spring, and found by Peacekeeper to be defective in materials or workmanship.
HOLSTERS and END CAPS: One Year Warranty
Peacekeeper Holsters and End caps are warranted for one year. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit or portion thereof, which is returned to Peacekeeper. Peacekeeper may, at its own option, choose to repair or replace said product. Use of the product outside its recommended design parameters voids all warranties.
The original purchaser must NOT send a Baton, Holster, End Cap, or related product to the company for repair under this warranty without prior approval. Any repair or return not authorized will be refused. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit or portion thereof which is returned.
